Dec 01, 2012 I have Windows 7 on my lap top and am trying to open a booktrailer review. It won't open and my puplishing rep. Suggested I update my media player.
Then install the latest version. You may require Windows updates. There is a newer flash player from Adobe.com.

Whatever was left over I highlighted and deleted, then installed the latest version.
