Candy/Santosh, If you are using the 'SD Default instance' then your tools client is pointing to the server db and not the local db.In case of local db,Siebel used the default DSN as 'SSD Local Db default instance' and not the 'SD Default instance'.In case of local db the credentials mentioned by santosh will always work. Now very much confused with the statement that you have connected to the server and used Siebel as login:-). For the benefit of the group could you please clarify.Thanks in advance. When i try to import objects it shows could not connect to data source. Cannot connect datasource. Siebel 7.8 Installation User ID or Password Is Incorrect.
