I am wondering, are you able to load snickersmd's latest AppleHDA.kext and have the devices show up in the sound pref pane? I did my install much in the same way of your guide but no matter what I try, the devices show up in System Profiler but not the sound pref pane. I am wondering if it's something particular to the ideneb 1.3 install or just the things I did differently (mainly the GMA950 kexts I used or something else I might have used a different driver set for).
